Chiropractic
What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a health care profession focused on restoring and maintaining normal joint, muscle, and nervous system function, primarily through the use of spinal adjusting techniques.
Chiropractic care may also include the use of soft tissue techniques
such as trigger point therapy, physiotherapy, dietary and nutritional
counseling, and exercise. It is a holistic approach to health care that
emphasizes taking care of the whole person, not just isolated symptoms
or diseases.

How does Dr. deLisser work?
Dr. deLisser uses gentle, low-force adjusting, primarily the Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique. This technique is particularly appealing to people who may be afraid to try chiropractic because they don't like the “cracking” or “popping” of the traditional chiropractic adjustment. Adjustments are made using a small, hand-held instrument that delivers directed, controlled pressure to specific areas while the patient comfortably lies on a padded table. There is no “twisting” of the neck or back and the treatments are effective for people of all ages.
