My Story
Five years ago I was in a serious car accident, which injured my back and neck. Months of physical therapy did not ease my constant pain. When I began practicing yoga 3 to 4 times a week I began to heal.
Since then yoga has taken me on a journey of healing and transformation. Last year I studied Ashtanga Yoga at It’s Yoga in San Francisco and I am a graduate of their Teacher Training Program.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga is a form of Hatha Yoga. It focuses on posture, breath, and movement. By synchronizing our breathing with our movements we create a flowing sequence of poses, which helps balance the body, mind, and soul. Regular practice of yoga will increase your vitality and promote clearer thinking, as it is both aerobic and meditative.
Prices
Prices vary according to the length and level of the lesson.
- Single class:
- $45-$75 per class.
- Discount Packages:
- Packages include 10 classes (must be used within 3 months).
- Individual or couple-$220 per person
- Small group (3 or more)-$150 per person
